Cooking Instructions
1.
Soak the strips of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (3) in just enough Buttermilk (to taste) to cover them for 20-25 minutes.
2.
Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) and Seasoned Salt (2 tsp). Mix together. Add Buttermilk (4 Tbsp) and stir until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
3.
Coat each chicken strip in the flour and buttermilk mixture.
4.
In a skillet, heat 2-inches of Cooking Oil (as needed) to 325 degrees F (163 degrees C). Fry chicken strips for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side, until golden brown.
5.
Remove chicken strips and transfer to a wire rack to drain excess oil before serving. Serve with dipping sauce of choice, such as ketchup or ranch dressing.
