In a large mixing bowl, add the Italian Sausage Links (8 oz), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), carrot, Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), garlic, onion, cilantro, Poultry Seasoning (1 Tbsp), and lastly Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp). Mix together.

Roll the mixture into 2 inch size balls.

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Make sure to heat the Canola Oil (as needed) in the fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), so it is ready when the meatballs are.

Put meatballs in the fryer for 2 minutes. Just long enough for the sides to be seared, inside will still be raw.
