Prepare the shredded Carrot (1/2 cup), White Onion (1 tablespoon), Garlic (1 clove), and Fresh Cilantro (1 tablespoon).
In a large mixing bowl, add the Italian Sausage (0.5 pound), Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), carrot, Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon), garlic, onion, cilantro, Poultry Seasoning (1 tablespoon), and lastly Sesame Oil (2 tablespoon). Mix together.
Roll the mixture into 2 inch size balls.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Make sure to heat the Canola Oil (as needed) in the fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), so it is ready when the meatballs are.
Put meatballs in the fryer for 2 minutes. Just long enough for the sides to be seared, inside will still be raw.
Drain, and move the meatballs to steam on low heat for 30 minutes.
