Step 1
Prepare the shredded
Carrots (1/2 cup)
,
White Onions (1 Tbsp)
,
Garlic (1 clove)
, and
Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp)

Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add the
Italian Sausage Links (8 oz)
,
Salt (1 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
, carrot,
Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp)
, garlic, onion, cilantro,
Poultry Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
, and lastly
Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp)
. Mix together.
Step 3
Roll the mixture into 2 inch size balls.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Make sure to heat the
Canola Oil (as needed)
in the fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), so it is ready when the meatballs are.
Step 5
Put meatballs in the fryer for 2 minutes. Just long enough for the sides to be seared, inside will still be raw.
Step 6
Drain, and move the meatballs to steam on low heat for 30 minutes.
