Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Peel and grate Garlic (4 clove) and Fresh Ginger (1 1/2 teaspoon) into a small bowl.
Step 2
Add Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon) to the bowl and stir it all together well. Set the sauce mixture aside.
Step 3
Slice the Celery (3 stalk) and Onion (1/2) and set aside.
Step 4
Prepare the shredded Green Cabbage (1 1/2 cup).
Step 5
Discard the seasoning sauce packets from the Fresh Yakisoba Noodles (2 package) and add the noodles to a pot of boiling water to loosen them.
Step 6
Heat the Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) and Toasted Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon) together in a large wok or skillet.
Step 7
Add the onion and celery and toss or saute them on high heat for about 1-2 mins until slightly tender.
Step 8
Immediately add the yakisoba noodles and sauce mixture, tossing and stirring until everything is well coated in the sauce for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 9
Toss in the cabbage and turn the heat off, keeping the cabbage fresh and crispy. Give it a quick taste and add Salt (to taste), if necessary.
Step 10
Serve hot with your favorite stir-fry or Asian dish!
