Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly coat a 9×13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp). Add the All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp) and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes thick and slightly clumpy.

Slowly whisk in the Milk (2 cups) until smooth. Add the Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp) and Dan-O’s® SPG Tri-O Seasoning (2 tsp).

Continue to simmer for 3–5 minutes, whisking frequently, until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the Swiss Cheese (1 1/2 cups) and Galbani Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) until melted and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

In the prepared baking dish, combine the cooked Chicken (2 cups), Cooked Ham (8 oz) and Egg Noodles (2 cups). Pour the cheese sauce over the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

In a small bowl, mix the Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup) with Butter (2 Tbsp) until evenly combined. Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
