Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).

Combine Whole Milk (1 cup), Butter (1/2 cup) and Salt (1 tsp) into a medium saucepan and place over high heat. When mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat, and stir in Tapioca Starch (2 1/2 cups) until fully incorporated. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl of an electric stand mixer and let cool for 5 minutes.

Using the paddle attachment, mix on medium-low speed. Add in the Eggland's Best Classic White Eggs (2) one at a time until fully incorporated.

Add the Galbani Parmesan Cheese (1 1/2 cups) and mix until well combined.

Drop rounded, 1/4 cup-sized balls of the mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until the tops are lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
