Grease and flour a 9x9 baking dish. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp) and Simply Organic Nutmeg, Ground (1/4 tsp).

Using a pastry blender, cut in the Butter (4 Tbsp) until it resembles coarse crumbs and makes a well in the center of the flour mixture.

In a small bowl, combine Eggland's Best Classic White Eggs (2) and Milk (1/2 cup).

Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture and stir just until moistened (batter should be lumpy).

Spread batter into prepared pan and gently arrange Fresh Raspberries (2 cups) evenly over batter.

In a small saucepan, combine Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Light Corn Syrup (1 Tbsp), Butter (1 Tbsp) and Lemon Juice (1 tsp).

Bring to a boil and quickly drizzle over raspberries.

Bake at 350°F (180° C) for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool pan on a wire rack for 20 minutes, then serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
