Cooking Instructions

Place the Eggland's Best Classic White Eggs (12) in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cook until hard cooked. Cool, peel, and halve.
step 2
Rub Chicken Breasts (2) with olive oil, Sea Salt (to taste) and Simply Organic® Black Pepper (to taste). Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Preheat a grill or cast iron skillet/grill pan over medium high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into 1/2 inch cubes.

Slice the Cucumbers (2), cube the Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups), chop the Cooked Bacon (6 slices), halve the eggs, and rinse and chop the Iceberg Lettuce (1/2 head).

Thread the ingredients with the Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups) onto the bamboo skewers in desired order.

Drizzle with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Sea Salt (to taste) and Simply Organic® Black Pepper (to taste) and serve.
