Cooking Instructions

Place the Eggland's Best Classic White Eggs (12) in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cook until hard cooked. Cool, peel, and halve.
step 2
Rub Chicken Breasts (2) with olive oil, Sea Salt (to taste) and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste). Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Preheat a grill or cast iron skillet/grill pan over medium high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into 1/2 inch cubes.

Slice the Cucumbers (2), cube the Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups), chop the Cooked Bacon (6 slices), halve the eggs, and rinse and chop the Iceberg Lettuce (1/2 head).

Thread the ingredients with the Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups) onto the bamboo skewers in desired order.
