Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Baking Powder (1/2 tsp) , and Salt (1/2 tsp) . Whisk to combine.
Step 2
Add Egg (1) , half of the Water (3/4 cup) , and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) . Mix well.
Step 3
Add the remaining water and mix to combine.
Step 4
Cook on a greased waffle iron for 2 1/2 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with toppings of choice!
