Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Whisk to combine.

Add Egg (1), half of the Water (3/4 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Mix well.

Add the remaining water and mix to combine.

Cook on a greased waffle iron for 2 1/2 minutes.
