Step 1
Mix the
Brownie Mix (2 pckg)
and preheat the oven according to the package's directions.
Step 2
Drop them into a mini muffin pan lightly greased with cooking spray. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Once they've cooled for a few minutes, gently pop them out of the pan and let them continue to cool on a wire rack.
Step 4
For the pudding, add
Milk (3/4 cup)
to
Instant Vanilla Pudding (1 pckg)
. Beat for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add
Vanilla Vodka (1/2 cup)
and
Kahlua (1/4 cup)
in a quarter cup at a time until completely incorporated.
Step 6
Fold in
Whipped Topping (3 3/4 cups)
and freeze ideally for a few hours until ready to serve.
Step 7
Fill up your brownie bites and serve immediately!
