Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place 1 to 2 slices of Jalapeño Pepper (1) in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, along with the freshly squeezed juice of a Lime (1/2).
Step 2
Muddle and then add Silver Tequila (1.5 fluid ounce) and Ice (to taste). Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Step 3
Strain into a copper cup filled with Ice (to taste) and top off with Ginger Beer (4 fluid ounce).
Step 4
Garnish with Jalapeño Pepper (to taste), Lime (to taste) and Crystallized Ginger (to taste). Cheers!
