Cooking Instructions
1.
In a pan over high heat add Sesame Oil (3 Tbsp) and Broccoli Florets (1 cup). Stir fry for 45 seconds.
2.
Add the Sugar Snap Peas (3/4 cup), sliced Onion (1) and minced Garlic (2 cloves). Cook until the onions are tender.
3.
Add the Shrimp (1.5 lb) and stir fry for a minute until the shrimp are heated all the way through.
4.
Add the Udon Noodles (14 oz) and stir for 1-2 minutes. Next season with Ground Turmeric (2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (2 tsp). Mix well.
5.
Garnish with Scallions (6) and serve in bowls.
