In a small saucepan, whisk together Gochujang (4 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Ketchup (4 Tbsp), Honey (4 Tbsp), Sesame Oil (1 tsp), Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp), Garlic (1 clove) and Fresh Ginger (1 tsp).

Heat over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
