Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Into a mixing bowl, add Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) and Egg (3). Cream together with a hand mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Add Pumpkin (2 cup). Mix until smooth.
Add Dark Brown Sugar (1/4 cup), Ground Cinnamon (2 teaspoon), Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon), and Caramel Extract (1 teaspoon). Mix to combine.
Add Milk (1/2 cup) and Heavy Cream (1/2 cup). Mix to combine.
Pour batter into 9-inch Pie Crust (1). Smooth the top.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until custard is set and crust is browned.
Let the pie cool completely before slicing. Decorate with Whipped Cream (to taste).
