Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Into a mixing bowl, add Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) and Eggs (3) . Cream together with a hand mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add Pumpkins (2 cups) . Mix until smooth.
Step 4
Add Dark Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) , and Caramel Extract (1 tsp) . Mix to combine.
Step 5
Add Milk (1/2 cup) and Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) . Mix to combine.
Step 6
Pour batter into 9-inch Pie Crust (1) . Smooth the top.
Step 7
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until custard is set and crust is browned.
Step 8
Let the pie cool completely before slicing. Decorate with Whipped Cream (to taste) .
