Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).
Step 2
Spread Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (1 lb) on a baking tray lined with foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Sprinkle 10-inch pizza pan with Cornmeal (to taste) . Spread Prepared Pizza Crust (1) over top.
Step 4
Roughly chop the cooked bacon.
Step 5
Spread Ranch Dressing (1/4 cup) over the crust, leaving an inch of space all around the edges.
Step 6
Add Fresh Baby Spinach (1/2 cup) , 3/4 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (3/4 cup) , thinly sliced Roma Tomato (1) , thinly sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms (2) , thinly sliced Onion (1) , and bacon.
Step 7
Top with remaining Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup) .
Step 8
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crust is golden-brown.
Step 9
Let pizza cool slightly before slicing and serving.
