In a small bowl, add Onion (1/2), Garlic (1 clove), Fresh Ginger (1 tablespoon), Garam Masala (1 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Hot Smoked Paprika (1), Ground Coriander (1 teaspoon), Cayenne Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (to taste).
Stir in Yogurt (1/2 cup) and Lemon (1/2). Mix thoroughly.
Add the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (1 pound) to the mixture, and mix until well coated. Place in the fridge for at least an hour to marinate, although preferably several hours or even overnight.
Take the chicken out of the fridge and let stand until it comes to room temperature.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, thread onto skewers and grill over a medium heat until cooked, about 3-5 minutes per side.
Serve warm with white rice, naan, or by itself.
