Combine Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp) and Balsamic Vinegar (1 cup) in a small sauce pan. Bring to a simmer and reduce by half, or until mixture coats the back of a spoon. Take care not to burn it by stirring often.
