Step 1
Peel the
Orange (1/2)
. Add the
Orange Juice Concentrate (1/2 cup)

French Vanilla Non-Dairy Creamer (2 fl oz)
,
Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder (1/2 cup)
, orange,
Green Cabbage (1/2 cup)
and
Ice (4 cups)
to the blender.
Step 2
If using a Blendtec, press the Ice Cream button. If using a Vitamix, start on variable, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to variable speed #10, then to high.
Step 3
In 30-60 seconds, the motor sound should change, and four mounds should form. Stop machine.
Step 4
Serve immediately, or freeze into popsicles. Enjoy!
