Peel the Orange (1/2). Add the Orange Juice Concentrate (4 ounce), French Vanilla Non-Dairy Creamer (2 fluid ounce), Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder (1/2 cup), orange, Green Cabbage (1/2 cup) and Ice (4 cup) to the blender.
If using a Blendtec, press the Ice Cream button. If using a Vitamix, start on variable, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to variable speed #10, then to high.
In 30-60 seconds, the motor sound should change, and four mounds should form. Stop machine.
Serve immediately, or freeze into popsicles. Enjoy!
