Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Let the 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (2.5 lb) rest and come up to room temperature in a large bowl. Add Liquid Smoke (1/2 tsp), Paprika (1 Tbsp), Onion Powder (1 Tbsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp) and mix with your hands.

Using your hands shape the ground beef into patties about 5 to 5 1/2 inches in diameter.

Using 2 pieces of aluminum foil, one slightly smaller than the other one, fold the edges a few times over except for one side to create a pouch.

Place a skillet over high heat. Season the top of each burger patty with a little bit of Kosher Salt (1 Tbsp) and Coarse Black Pepper (1 Tbsp). Once you place them in the pan season the other side.

Cook for 3 minutes and flip. Cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Using the aluminum pouch, place the burger patties inside and continue to cook them in the oven for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven.

Serve your burgers on you Hamburger Buns (to taste) with toppings of choice such as Mayonnaise (to taste), Lettuce (to taste), Tomatoes (to taste), Cheddar Cheese (to taste), Sliced Banana Peppers (to taste), Pickles (to taste) and Onions (to taste).
