Step 1
Peel and pit the Hass Avocado (1) . Slightly thaw the Frozen Green Peas (1 cup) . For the Blendtec, add Red Onion (1/4) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) and Fresh Cilantro (3 Tbsp) and secure lid. Pulse 6 to 8 times until eveything is roughly chopped.
Step 2
Core and quarter the Tomato (1) . Add peas, avocado, Lime Juice (2 Tbsp) , tomato, Garlic (1 clove) , Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) . Pulse 8-15 times until preferred texture is reached.
Step 3
Select variable, speed #1. Turn machine on, and slowly increase speed to variable speed #3, then #5. Blend 15 to 20 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
Step 4
Serve, and enjoy!
