Peel and pit the Hass Avocado (1). Slightly thaw the Frozen Green Peas (1 cup). For the Blendtec, add Red Onion (1/4), Jalapeño Pepper (1) and Fresh Cilantro (3 Tbsp) and secure lid. Pulse 6 to 8 times until eveything is roughly chopped.

Core and quarter the Tomato (1). Add peas, avocado, Lime (1), tomato, Garlic (1 clove), Sea Salt (as needed) and Ground Black Pepper (as needed). Pulse 8-15 times until preferred texture is reached.
