Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and pit the Hass Avocado (1). Slightly thaw the Frozen Green Peas (1 cup). For the Blendtec, add Red Onion (1/4), Jalapeño Pepper (1) and Fresh Cilantro (3 tablespoon) and secure lid. Pulse 6 to 8 times until eveything is roughly chopped.
Step 2
Core and quarter the Tomato (1). Add peas, avocado, Lime Juice (2 tablespoon), tomato, Garlic (1 clove), Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Pulse 8-15 times until preferred texture is reached.
Step 3
For Vitamix, add peas, avocado, fresh lime juice, tomato, red onion, jalapeno, fresh cilantro, garlic, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Secure lid.
Step 4
Select variable, speed #1. Turn machine on, and slowly increase speed to variable speed #3, then #5. Blend 15 to 20 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
Step 5
Serve, and enjoy!
