Into a pressure cooker, add

Step 3

. Stir.

Collard Greens (25 cups)
. Cover and cook on the soup setting for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Add
Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup)

Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
, and
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 Tbsp)
. Stir to combine.
Step 6
Set pressure cooker to saute function and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
