Heat another pan with Olive Oil (as needed) covering the bottom. Add the Garlic (3 cloves) and cook until it starts browning. Once the garlic starts browning add the Mushrooms (5) and Serrano Ham (4 Tbsp).

In another bowl beat the Eggs (5). Add the cooked potatoes and mix, letting them rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Cover the mold you will be using to bake with strips of Bacon (7 slices), covering as much as possible. Add the Ground Beef (2.2 lb) and pack towards the bottom until it reaches 1/3 of the height of the baking mold.
