Start by peeling, cleaning and cutting the Potato (3). Season with Salt (to taste) and begin to cool them in a pan with enough Olive Oil (to taste) to almost cover them.
Heat another pan with Olive Oil (to taste) covering the bottom. Add the Garlic (3 clove) and cook until it starts browning. Once the garlic starts browning add the Mushroom (5) and Serrano Ham (1/4 cup).
In another bowl beat the Egg (5). Add the potatoes and mix, letting it rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Cover the mold you will be using to bake with strips of Bacon (7 slice), covering as much as possible. Add the Ground Beef (1 kilogram) and pack towards the bottom until it reaches 1/3 of the height of the baking mold.
Add the mushroom and ham mixture followed by slices of Cheese (to taste) and lastly, the potato and egg mixture. Finally, cover the top with the overlapping bacon.
Place the load in your preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove, flip and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes to bake the top side.
Watch carefully so as to avoid burning. Remove and serve.
