Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Pit and slice the
Cherries (4 cups)
in half. Combine the cherries,
Corn Starch (2 Tbsp)

Lemon Juice (2 Tbsp)

Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
, and
Salt (1 pinch)
in a bowl.

Line the pie plate with the
Pie Crust (1)
.
4.
Pour cherry filling and cover with your choice of a full pie crust or lattice work.
5.
Combine the
Egg (1)
with a tablespoon of water, and brush on the pie crust, sprinkling with
Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp)

Bake for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
