Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Pit and slice the Cherry (4 cup) in half. Combine the cherries, Corn Starch (2 tablespoon), Lemon Juice (2 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), and Salt (1 pinch) in a bowl.
Line the pie plate with the Pie Crust (1).
Pour cherry filling and cover with your choice of a full pie crust or lattice work.
Combine the Egg (1) with a tablespoon of water, and brush on the pie crust, sprinkling with Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon).
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
