Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Cut Yellow Peaches (3) in half, remove the pit and make a small well in the center using a melon baller.

In a bowl, combine Walnut (1/2 cup), Dried Cranberries (1/4 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp).

Add Pure Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), stirring to coat the mixture.

Fill each peach half with the nut mixture.

Place peaches in a baking pan lined with parchment paper on the center oven rack, with a shallow oven-proof bowl of water (about ½” water) on the rack below.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until soft. Remove from heat.

Prepare individual serving plates with Maple Yogurt (to taste). Place baked peach on top of yogurt and drizzle with Honey (to taste).
