Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Cut Yellow Peaches (3) in half, remove the pit and make a small well in the center using a melon baller.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine Walnuts (1/2 cup) , Dried Cranberries (1/4 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , and Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp) .
Step 4
Add Pure Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) , stirring to coat the mixture.
Step 5
Fill each peach half with the nut mixture.
Step 6
Place peaches in a baking pan lined with parchment paper on the center oven rack, with a shallow oven-proof bowl of water (about ½” water) on the rack below.
Step 7
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until soft. Remove from heat.
Step 8
Prepare individual serving plates with Maple Yogurt (to taste) . Place baked peach on top of yogurt and drizzle with Honey (to taste) .
