Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Yellow Peaches (3)
in half, remove the pit and make a small well in the center using a melon baller.
In a bowl, combine
Walnuts (1/2 cup)
Dried Cranberries (1/4 cup)
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp)
Pure Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp)
, stirring to coat the mixture.
Fill each peach half with the nut mixture.
Place peaches in a baking pan lined with parchment paper on the center oven rack, with a shallow oven-proof bowl of water (about ½” water) on the rack below.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until soft. Remove from heat.
Prepare individual serving plates with
Maple Yogurt (to taste)
. Place baked peach on top of yogurt and drizzle with
Honey (to taste)
