Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a doughnut pan with Non-Stick Baking Spray (as needed) .
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup) , Oats (1/2 cup) , Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Unsweetened Apple Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Almond Milk (1/4 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) in that order.
Step 3
Fold in Fresh Blueberries (1/4 cup) .
Step 4
Fill your sprayed donut pan and bake in the preheated oven for 16 minutes.
Step 5
Let cool slightly, then drizzle with Vanilla Frosting (to taste) and serve!
