Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a doughnut pan with Non-Stick Baking Spray (as needed).
In a medium bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup), Oats (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Unsweetened Apple Sauce (2 tablespoon), Almond Milk (1/4 cup), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon) in that order.
Fold in Fresh Blueberries (1/4 cup).
Fill your sprayed donut pan and bake in the preheated oven for 16 minutes.
Let cool slightly, then drizzle with Vanilla Frosting (to taste) and serve!
