These yummy blueberry oatmeal donuts make for a great breakfast. They make for a good grab and go breakfast if you make the night before, and are super easy to make.

1/2 cup
Oats
plus 1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp
Baking Powder
1/4 cup
Almond Milk
1/2 tsp
to taste
Betty Crocker® Vanilla Frosting
to taste
Non-Stick Baking Spray
for greasing the pan

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a doughnut pan with Non-Stick Baking Spray (to taste).
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup), Oats (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Unsweetened Apple Sauce (2 tablespoon), Almond Milk (1/4 cup), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon) in that order.
Step 3
Fold in Fresh Blueberries (1/4 cup).
Step 4
Fill your sprayed donut pan and bake in the preheated oven for 16 minutes.
Step 5
Let cool slightly, then drizzle with Betty Crocker® Vanilla Frosting (to taste) and serve!
