Cooking Instructions
1.
Start by shredding your
Potatoes (4 1/2 cups)
with a food processor and placing it into a bowl. Using a cheesecloth or kitchen towel squeeze the water out and transfer to another bowl.

Add the
Egg (1)

Onion (1)
,
Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Paprika (1/2 Tbsp)
to the potatoes and mix thoroughly. Add some
All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup)
and mix.
3.
Brush your waffle iron with some
Cooking Oil (to taste)
. Place a couple of Tbsp of the batter, close, and cook.
4.
Repeat for the rest of your batter. Serve with toppings of your choice such as sour cream and parsley.
