Start by shredding your
Potatoes (4 1/2 cups)
with a food processor and placing into a bowl. Using a cheese cloth or kitchen towel squeeze the water out and transfer to another bowl.
Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Paprika (1/2 Tbsp)
to the potatoes and mix thoroughly. Add some
All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup)
Brush your waffle iron with some
Cooking Oil (to taste)
. Place a couple of tablespoons of the batter, close and cook.
Repeat for the rest of your batter. Serve with toppings of your choice such as sour cream and parsley.
