Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add the Gala Apples (6), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), Sunflower Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and toss everything together. Sprinkle some All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp) and mix again. Set aside.

For the crumble, in a large bowl add the Brown Sugar (3/4 cup), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3/4 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp), All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Salt (1/4 tsp) and give everything a mix. Add in the Butter (1/2 cup) and mix everything together.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Lay out your Pie Crust (1) over a pie tin and fold the edges. Crimp the edges making sure the edges remain over the top of the pie tin.

Pour the apples in the middle and spread out. Take the crumb topping and crumble over the top. Optionally you can brush the edges of the crust with the wash you made with the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1).
6.
Place the pie in your preheated oven and bake for 30-45 minutes or until the crust is golden and the top is nice and bubbly brown.
