Start by seasoning with Salt (to taste) and pan frying the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (2) in some Olive Oil (to taste).
Next, fry the Bacon (8 slice).
Spread Cream Cheese (to taste) on the Bread (to taste) slices. Add a sliced Tomato (2) to each and the chicken fillets.
Add 2 sliced of Cheddar Cheese (4 slice) per sandwich, cover with the fried bacon and add layer of Mayonnaise (to taste).
Finally place the top slice of bread and cover the top with a good amount of Shredded Cheese (to taste). Place in the oven on the broil setting long enough for the cheese to melt and toast the bread slightly.
Once melted and toasty remove and serve.
