Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Start by seasoning with Salt (to taste) and pan-frying the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2) in some Olive Oil (as needed) .
Step 2
Next, fry the Bacon (8 slices) .
Step 3
Spread Cream Cheese (to taste) on the Bread (to taste) slices. Add Tomatoes (2) and the chicken fillets to each sandwich.
Step 4
Add 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese (4 slices) per sandwich, cover with the fried bacon and add layer of Mayonnaise (to taste) .
Step 5
Finally place the top slice of bread and cover the top with a good amount of Shredded Cheese (to taste) . Place in the oven on the broil setting long enough for the cheese to melt and toast the bread slightly.
Step 6
Once melted and toasty remove and serve.
