Step 1
In the bread maker, add in
Bread Flour (1 1/2 cups)

Caster Sugar (3 Tbsp)
,
Salted Butter (1 Tbsp)
,
Milk Powder (1 Tbsp)
,
Water (1/3 cup)
and
Egg (1)
to make the dough.
Step 2
Add in the
Instant Dry Yeast (1 1/4 tsp)
into the yeast dispenser compartment located on the upper lid of the bread maker.
Step 3
Set to menu 8 and let it run for about 55 minutes, until the beeping sound occurs to indicate that the dough is ready.
Step 4
To make the filling, mix in the
Salted Butter (1/3 cup)
,
Premium Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp)
,
Caster Sugar (1/4 cup)
and
Chocolate Shavings (1/4 cup)
together until it is well combined.
Step 5
Once the dough is ready, roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with a rolling pin on a floured surface, spread the chocolate filling evenly.
Step 6
Roll the dough into a log and slit it in half using a sharp knife. Tie both into a knot.
Step 7
Put it back the dough back into the bread maker. Click the start button so the machine can continue its job to proof and bake the bake.
Step 8
Let it cool in the machine for a while once it's done before carefully removing it with a glove. Slice the bread when it is completely cool to ensure the bread does not fall apart and enjoy!
