In a microwave-safe bowl, mix Milk Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup) and Milk (1/4 cup). Melt in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 1 minute.
Into the melted chocolate, add the Apple Sauce (1/4 cup), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 teaspoon), and Granulated Sugar (2 teaspoon). Mix well.
Add the All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup), Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1 pinch) and mix well.
Add the Egg (1) and gently beat to combine.
Spray a large microwave-safe mug with Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste). Pour batter into mug and set on a plate.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and garnish with fresh berries and/or chocolate syrup. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
