A quick and easy microwavable chocolate cake, for whenever that chocolate craving hits. I can't decide if this is the worst or greatest idea I have stumbled upon— a chocolate cake, cooked in a mug, in a microwave, in under two minutes! (Partnership with Panasonic)

Milk Chocolate Chips
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Nonstick Cooking Spray
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix
Milk Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup)
Milk (1/4 cup)
. Melt in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 1 minute.
Into the melted chocolate, add the
Apple Sauce (1/4 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
. Mix well.
All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup)
Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1 pinch)
and mix well.
and gently beat to combine.
Spray a large microwave-safe mug with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
. Pour batter into mug and set on a plate.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and garnish with fresh berries and/or chocolate syrup. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
