A quick and easy microwavable chocolate cake, for whenever that chocolate craving hits. I can't decide if this is the worst or greatest idea I have stumbled upon— a chocolate cake, cooked in a mug, in a microwave, in under two minutes!

Cooking Instructions

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix Milk Chocolate Chips (4 Tbsp) and Milk (4 Tbsp). Melt in the microwave for 1 minute.

Into the melted chocolate, add the Apple Sauce (4 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 tsp), and Granulated Sugar (2 tsp). Mix well.
3.
Add the All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1/2 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Salt (1 pinch) and mix well.
4.
Add the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and gently beat to combine.
5.
Spray a large microwave-safe mug with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed). Pour batter into mug and set on a plate.
6.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and garnish with fresh berries and/or chocolate syrup.
