Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Into a mixing bowl, add Red Pear (2), Ground Cinnamon (2 1/4 teaspoon), Chinese Five Spice Powder (1/4 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (3 tablespoon), Molasses (2 tablespoon), and Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon). Mix well to combine.
Pour Butter (4 tablespoon) into the bottom of an 8 by 8-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (5 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Whisk to combine.
Add Milk (1/2 cup). Whisk to combine, then pour the batter into the baking dish.
Add the pears over top.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden-brown.
Let cobbler cool before slicing and serving.
