To make the dressing, mix the Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), Balsamic Vinegar (8 tsp), Maple Syrup (2 tsp), Salt (as needed) and Ground Black Pepper (as needed) in a small bowl.

In a large bowl, place Baby Arugula (7 cups), Fresh Basil Leaves (4 Tbsp), and Red Onions (4 Tbsp). Toss with just enough dressing to lightly coat - you may not need all.

Place dressed greens onto a platter or divide onto plates. Top with Fresh Blackberry (1 cup), Goat Cheese (1/3 cup), a few basil leaves, toasted Slivered Almonds (4 Tbsp) and Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp). Serve and enjoy!
