To make the dressing, mix the Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), Balsamic Vinegar (2 1/2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1/2 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) in a small bowl.

In a large bowl, place Baby Arugula (7 cups), Fresh Basil Leaf (1/4 cup), and Red Onion (1/4 cup). Toss with just enough dressing to lightly coat - you may not need all.

Place dressed greens onto a platter or divide onto plates. Top with Fresh Blackberry (1 cup), Goat Cheese (1/3 cup), a few basil leaves, toasted Slivered Almonds (1/4 cup) and Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp). Serve and enjoy!
