Author's Notes

Add 1/2 cup of chocolate cashew butter or a few Tbsp of MTC oil if you want to increase the fat content!

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor, place the Zucchini (2) , Dark Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp) , and Chocolate Protein Powder (1/3 cup) .
Step 2
Blend until creamy. This might take a few minutes and you will need to stop and stir the mixture with a spatula a few times. Do not add any liquids!
Step 3
For a soft-serve nice cream, just transfer the mixture into a bowl and enjoy. For a harder version, place it into a container and freeze for 1 hour, then scoop it out and enjoy!
