Step 1
Mix Pasta (1 cup) , Eggs (2) , Garlic (1 clove) , Fresh Herbs (1/4 cup) , Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (3/4 cup) , Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) together.
Step 2
Melt butter in an oven safe skillet. After butter has melted, pour pasta egg mixture into skillet. Cover and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Turn on broiler while frittata is on the stove. After it has cooked on the stove, uncover and broil until the top is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Watch the frittata carefully while it's under the broiler so it doesn't burn.
Step 4
Slice into pieces and serve warm!
