Sweet Onion, chopped

4 cloves
Garlic, minced

Vegetable Broth
divided

Step 1
Heat Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add Sweet Onion (1/2 cup) and Garlic (4 clove), cooking until onion softens and is fragrant.
Step 2
Stir in Tomato (7 cup) and continue cooking, uncovered, until tomatoes have mostly broken down, about 10 minutes.
