Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Melt the Dark Chocolate (100 gram) and Heavy Cream (2 tablespoon) together in the Panasonic Microwave Oven, stirring every 20 seconds until combined fully. Set aside for now.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the Egg (2) and Caster Sugar (8 tablespoon) followed by the Milk (200 milliliter).
Add the Pancake Mix (400 gram) and Unsalted Butter (40 gram). Once combined, add the Banana (2) and blend.
Fill the cupcake liners with batter until they are 1/2 full.
Add spoonfuls of Banana (2) and drizzle the melted chocolate over the cupcakes.
Add more batter until the liners are 3/4 full. Then, give it a slight swirl using a spoon or chopstick.
Bake the cupcakes for 5 minutes.
Lower the heat to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) and bake for another 10 minutes. They should bake to form a nice dome shape. Let them cool before decorating.
Cream the Butter (80 gram) using an electric mixer, adding the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 1/2 teaspoon), Raw Cocoa Powder (20 gram), and Milk (1 tablespoon) one at a time. Beat until it is light and fluffy.
Add the Banana (1) a spoonful at a time and continue to mix.
Pour in the Dark Chocolate (50 gram) and mix until it is well combined.
Make small incisions on the top of the cupcakes to insert the Mini Chocolate Cookies (to taste) or Chocolate Biscuits (to taste) that will be the animal ears. To make the bear cupcakes, make the incisions further apart. For rabbit cupcakes, they will look cuter with the ears closer together.
Coat the ears with chocolate banana buttercream, and insert them into the cupcakes. Cover the cupcake with the chocolate banana buttercream as well.
Using the Dark Chocolate (to taste), pipe on the eyes, snout, and whiskers for the rabbits. Mix White Chocolate (to taste) and Rose Pink Food Coloring (to taste) to draw on "blush."
Enjoy these cute cupcakes! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
