Ground Turmeric (1 pinch)
Ground Coriander (1 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Curry Leaves (1 sprig)

Flip the eggs carefully without damaging the yolk and roast for another minute. Switch off the flame. Yummy egg fry is ready.
