Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Season the Whole Goose (1) liberally with Garlic Paste (to taste) , Sriracha (to taste) , Soy Sauce (to taste) , and Kosher Salt (to taste) both inside and out.
Step 3
Into a deep roasting pan, add Water (4 cups) , then the goose breast-side down.
Step 4
Roast for 1 hour.
Step 5
Turn the goose on its back, add more water if the pan is dry or close to dry, and roast for another 3 hours.
Step 6
Slice and serve.
