Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix the Peanut Butter (1 cup) with the Water (3 Tbsp).
2.
Add the Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), and Sriracha (2 Tbsp). Mix, and set it aside.
3.
Season the Chicken Breasts (2) with Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp), Sea Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
4.
Carefully skewer each tender with a wooden stick, and place the kabob over a microwave-safe bowl.
5.
Spray the meat with Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed), then cook in a microwave oven for 4 minutes.
6.
Check on the chicken to ensure it is not burning, then cook it for another 2-1/2 to 3 minutes.
7.
Once the chicken is completely cooked, spice it up with some Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (2 Tbsp) and serve with the dipping sauce.
