Pineapple Salsa
1 Tbsp
Tabasco® Chipotle Pepper Sauce
8 oz
Pork , thinly sliced

Sandwich Rolls
3 1/2 Tbsp

Step 1
Mix the Mayonnaise (1/4 cup) , Tabasco® Chipotle Pepper Sauce (1 Tbsp) and Pineapple Salsa (1/4 cup) together and set aside. In a hot pan with a little oil, warm the Pork (8 oz) .
Step 2
Toast the Sandwich Rolls (2) then spread liberally with the mayo and top with Avocado (1/2) .
Step 3
Top Queso Fresco (3 1/2 Tbsp) and sliced pork and ribbons of Romaine Lettuce (1/2 cup) . Enjoy!
