Put Sausage (4) into a pot of water and bring to a boil. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
Drain sausages and brush with Olive Oil (to taste).
Grill over a medium heat barbecue or a grill pan until nicely browned and done, about 5-10 minutes.
Serve with Yellow Mustard (to taste). You can serve it in a Hot Dog Buns (to taste) or alongside some potatoes, salad, and sauerkraut, up to you!
