Cooking Instructions
1.
Score the Bratwurst (4) on both sides to ensure a crispier skin, then cook in a hot pan.
2.
Toast or griddle the Large Flour Tortillas (2).
3.
Spread Creamy Horseradish Sauce (to taste) on the tortilla.
4.
Add Iceberg Lettuce (to taste).
5.
Top with Carrots (to taste), then with Red Cabbage (to taste).
6.
Top with 1 or 2 bratwursts, fold in the ends, then roll tight.
7.
