Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add
Greek Yogurt (1 cup)

Salt (1 tsp)

Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tsp)

Ground Turmeric (1 tsp)
,
Garam Masala (1 tsp)

Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)
,
Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp)
, and
Garlic (1 Tbsp)
. Mix well.
Step 2
Coat the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (1 lb)
in the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Step 3
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 4
Place the chicken into the basket of the preheated air fryer. Don't overcrowd. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve over
White Rice (to taste)
. Garnish with
Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp)
