Into a mixing bowl, add Greek Yogurt (1 cup), Salt (1 teaspoon), Cayenne Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Turmeric (1 teaspoon), Garam Masala (1 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (1 teaspoon), Fresh Ginger (1 tablespoon), and Garlic (1 tablespoon). Mix well.
Coat the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (1 pound) in the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Place the chicken into the basket of the preheated air fryer. Don't overcrowd. Cook for 10 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve over White Rice (to taste). Garnish with Fresh Cilantro (2 tablespoon).
