Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
Into a mixing bowl, add Avocado Oil (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1 tsp), Sriracha (1 Tbsp), Sea Salt (1/4 tsp), and Tapioca Starch (1/2 tsp). Mix well.
3.
Place the prepared Cauliflower (1 head) into a bowl. Pour over the marinade and toss to combine.
4.
Place the cauliflower into the bowl of the air fryer. Cook for 14 minutes, shaking the basket every 3 minutes to help it cook evenly and give it some crisp.
5.
Garnish with Lemon Balm (to taste) and Fresh Herbs (to taste). Serve immediately!
