Cut the crusts off the Bread (3 slice).
Roll the bread slices flat with a rolling pin, wine bottle or just flatten the bread with your hands.
For the first combination, spread the Hummus (2 tablespoon) onto a slice of bread, then align the Fire Roasted Red Pepper (7 ounce) all in one row, and only at the bottom.
For the second combination, use avocado and turkey. Pit and scoop the Avocado (1).
Mash the avocado then squirt a little bit of lemon to keep the green looking vibrant.
Spread the avocado onto a slice of bread then top it with Deli Turkey (2 slice).
For the third combination, use peanut butter and green apple. Spread the Peanut Butter (2 tablespoon) onto a slice of bread.
Slice the green Granny Smith Apple (1/2) into matchsticks then align them on the bread, all in one row, and only at the bottom.
When you're done assembling, roll up all three slices of bread.
Slice into bite sized portions. You should get 4 pieces from each slice of bread.
To make it look more authentic, have a few of the ingredients shooting out of the roll, as a decorative element.
Assemble all the pieces and present them on a plate.
