In a bowl, mix Ground Turkey (1 lb), Egg (1), Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), Fresh Parsley (4 Tbsp), Garlic (1 clove), Shallots (4 Tbsp), Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) together thoroughly with your hands.
