Step 1
Soak your
Russet Potatoes (2)
in cold water for 2 hours then cut them into the desired size for fries.
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 3
In a large bowl drizzle the cut potatoes with
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
and season with
Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (3/4 tsp)
,
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
,
Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Rosemary (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Fresh Dill (1/2 tsp)
and combine.
Step 4
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out the fries. Place in the preheated oven to bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Flip the fries every 15 minutes until they are done.
Step 5
Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice!
